Dominion will conduct candidate searches to fill your specific direct hire needs. We will focus our search to your specific criteria, geographic area of interest and timeframe. Fees for such services are negotiated individually based upon the demands of the search and are lump sum, one time charges so that you know exactly what this service will cost you, up front.

For Employment Candidates

Professional Placement Services:
We have open assignments with client firms and are always seeking qualified professionals for consideration. We would welcome an opportunity to discuss your possible employment with Dominion either with a current available assignment or potential future opportunity that may be a fit.

We also can assist you with your independent employment search by working with you to match you with technical employment opportunities with other firms. This service can be specially tailored to your needs and situation. Placement fees, for positions with other firms, are negotiated up front so that you don’t have any surprises.

Internships:
Many client firms we work with encourage temporary, short term internships as a way of developing future employees. We may be able to assist you with such an internship opportunity. Tell us what your interests are. Also, if you know of a potential internship, and the sponsoring firm requires agency support, let us know. We may be able to provide you with an avenue to pursue this.
